Sofia Vergara buys $10M house
Soon-to-be -married “Modern Family” actress Sofia Vergara just dropped $US10.Six million on the villa in the heart of Beverly Hills, according to Trulia.
The 11,400-square-foot home has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, including a master bedroom with separate his and hers closets and a balcony terrace.
The listing from The Agency’s Mauricio Umansky and Farrah Aldjufrie says the 2006 property was constructed with “the most exquisite materials imported from Argentina.”
The home does have an impressive flair, having a domed ceiling, a spiral staircase with ornate railing, coffered, carved ceilings, inlaid floors, and multiple fireplaces and terraces. In the basement, the home includes a 3,000-bottle wine cellar and tasting room, a movie theater along with a gym having a sauna.
